Monitoring
3Bee, through its monitoring technologies such as Flora, Spectrum, Hive-Tech, and Polly X, actively contributes to the protection of biodiversity and nature.
Regeneration
3Bee is caring for over 50,000 nectar-bearing plants in 18 Italian regions and 3 European countries, creating more than 200 biodiversity oases that benefit millions of pollinators.
Education
3Bee promotes education on biodiversity and sustainability by involving companies, collaborators, managers, as well as schools, universities, and research centers.
Mission and Vision
We work tirelessly to develop advanced technologies for biodiversity monitoring, regeneration, and certification. Our goal is to map and survey biodiversity across Europe and create safe havens for living species.
We are committed to restoring global biodiversity through a network of Growers who are cultivating biodiversity with us. We are achieving this thanks to the support of over 1,000 partner companies that are backing this project.

3Bee Story
We grew as Engineers, trained Biodiversity Strategists, and created a new professional role: the biodiversity grower. We transformed into sustainable communicators and developed international protocols for the protection of biodiversity and nature, actively contributing to environmental regeneration on a global scale.
2017
It all began with an idea from Niccolò Calandri and Riccardo Balzaretti: childhood friends who, after completing their PhDs abroad, decided to return to Italy to found a company that would create a tangible impact on the environment.
The Team of Change
3Bee is composed of more than 50 biodiversity experts, a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, data scientists, and industry professionals working together to develop innovative solutions for the environment.
Innovation Team
The Innovation Team is the driving force behind our cutting-edge technological solutions. The Research and Development team is dedicated to designing and implementing advanced technologies for biodiversity. Supported by the Grant and Finance Teams, which act as catalysts by turning innovative visions into tangible realities, they identify funding and incentives that fuel our environmental preservation mission.
Regeneration Team
The 3Bee Regeneration Team is the driving force behind our sustainability projects. Composed of Business Development experts, this team works closely with companies to identify and develop tailored regeneration projects. Biodiversity Strategists guide clients through every phase of the project, ensuring a fulfilling experience. In parallel, the Community Team engages with our extensive network of growers and biodiversity cultivators, recreating habitats every day.
Communication Team
The Communication Team plays a crucial role in expanding the reach of our message and strengthening 3Bee's identity. The Brand Team constantly strives to improve and communicate the image and values of 3Bee, while the Communication Team focuses on educating schools, managers, and collaborators, spreading the awareness and knowledge needed to build a more biodiverse and sustainable world.

The 3Bee Growers community consists of beekeepers and farmers dedicated to caring for land, pollinators, and plants through sustainable farming practices and the adoption of bees, trees, and pollinators.
