Returns policy

Thank you for registering on 3Bee! Your contentment is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, we would be happy to do our best to resolve the issue.

If you would like to return your adoption plan, please contact info@3bee.it. Please be sure to specify in your communication your registration code that you received via email or if you do not have it write your name, surname and registration email address with the reason for your request. As soon as we receive your request, we will send you return instructions.

Returns

After gifting or purchasing a hive, you have 14 business days to cancel. Depending on your wishes, you may choose to change your order or receive a refund of the amount.

Refunds

After your adoption plan is approved for refund, the amount of your order will be refunded if you did not request an exchange. Refund processing may take up to 4 days depending on the policies your Credit Card is subject to.
