Cathy La Torre, better known on Instagram as “Avvocathy,” is a lawyer, speaker, and communicator, CEO and co-founder of WildSide Legal. Since childhood, she has been aware of her desire to fight injustices through law. An LGBTQIA activist, she was the first non-trans person to serve as vice-president of MIT, the largest Trans Movement in Europe. She founded CESD and GayLex, promoting the fight against discrimination. She has led landmark cases for equal treatment in the areas of disability, gender, and identity. She specializes in ESG, corporate equity, and sustainability, and gives conferences on rights and the Constitution. Author of books and podcasts, she has received awards for her legal and social commitment.
